Menthorama collects and processes personal data of users, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) in India and other jurisdictions where it operates.

C. Use of WhatsApp and Third Parties

Menthorama may use platforms like Twilio, Zoko, WATI, or other WhatsApp Business API tools to send automated messages. These messages may be based on user profile and activity and may contain promotional, informational, or professional opportunity content.

G. WhatsApp Communications Settings:

Instead of replying “STOP” to opt out of messages, users can configure their WhatsApp communication preferences directly in their profile settings within the Menthorama platform.

To stop receiving WhatsApp communications:

• Open the chat with the business that is sending you messages.

• Tap the business name at the top of the chat.

• Scroll down and look for the option that says: "Receive offers and updates" (or Receive promotional messages).

• Toggle it off.

After turning it off, you will stop receiving promotional or automated messages from that business.
