Menthorama by Auditionify (AUDICIONES LATINAS S.A.P.I. de C.V.)
1. Introduction
Menthorama is an online learning platform specialized in the creative industries, offering courses and comprehensive professional development programs designed for artists, creators, and professionals. Our content is produced with high audiovisual quality and features recognized industry experts. Through the Menthorama platform (THE WEB PLATFORM), we provide knowledge-sharing services in areas such as acting, production, 3D design, cultural management, and many other artistic careers.
These Terms and Conditions outline the conditions for accessing and using THE WEB PLATFORM. All services are deemed to be provided in Mexico and India, regardless of the location from which they are accessed, by Audiciones Latinas S.A.P.I. de C.V.
2. Consent and Special Consent for Minors
By using THE WEB PLATFORM, the user (hereinafter, THE USER) agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree, they must immediately stop using THE WEB PLATFORM or submit an objection request via the contact email provided below.
For underage users (under 18 years old in their country of residence), a legal guardian must create and manage the account. If a minor registers without consent, Menthorama reserves the right to delete the account and all associated data.
The legal guardian (hereinafter, THE REGISTERED ADULT) is solely responsible for supervising and maintaining the minor’s account.
3. Personal Data
All personal or sensitive data collected by Menthorama will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

THE USER agrees to use the email provided at registration as their official contact for any necessary notifications.
5. Platform Purpose and User Consent
Menthorama provides a knowledge-sharing platform where THE USER may:
Learn by enrolling in courses or full career programs
Teach by offering workshops, courses, or masterclasses (for instructors)
THE USER acknowledges that all courses and programs are subject to Menthorama’s pricing, terms, and conditions.
6. User Interaction with THE WEB PLATFORM
Any person enrolled in a course, career program, or workshop is referred to as THE STUDENT USER.
THE STUDENT USER may purchase courses, workshops, or subscriptions through THE WEB PLATFORM and mobile access.
When purchasing a course or workshop individually (without a subscription), access will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Once payment is completed, THE STUDENT USER will gain access to the content.
It is the sole responsibility of THE STUDENT USER to access and consume the content.
The student user may:
Access course materials and interact with the platform
Request a refund for live masterclasses only if the instructor fails to deliver the course
Report technical issues to team@menthorama.com
Ensure they have the necessary technology to access THE WEB PLATFORM
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and release Menthorama from liability for misuse
No refunds apply to pre-recorded professional programs or workshops, nor if the student is dissatisfied with the content.
7. Payments and Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days if the instructor cancels or interrupts a course.
If cancellation occurs before or during the course, Menthorama will refund 90% of the payment (10% covers administrative costs).
No refunds will be issued if the course is rescheduled.
8. Taxes
Course and workshop prices do not include VAT or GST.
If the USER requests an invoice, applicable taxes must be paid.
9. Service Suspension and Platform Availability
Access to THE WEB PLATFORM and use of its content is the sole responsibility of THE USER.
Menthorama shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages, loss of profit, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or its content.
THE WEB PLATFORM may contain links to third-party sites. Menthorama does not control or supervise such content and assumes no responsibility for it.
System interruptions
Menthorama aims to maintain continuous service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Interruptions may occur due to:
Server maintenance
Technical failures
Cyberattacks
Malicious software
Menthorama is not liable for temporary service interruptions or resulting consequences.
Permanent suspension
Menthorama reserves the right to suspend or terminate THE WEB PLATFORM at any time without prior notice or compensation.
10. Intellectual Property – Menthorama
All trademarks, software, content, and services are protected by intellectual property laws.
All intellectual property belongs to Menthorama. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
THE USER receives a temporary, non-exclusive license to use THE WEB PLATFORM for its intended purposes.
11. Limitation of Liability
Menthorama and its affiliates are not liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data or service interruptions
Costs of substitute services
Any amount exceeding fees paid in the previous 12 days
12. Notifications
Menthorama will communicate updates via the platform or email.
13. Termination
Menthorama may suspend or terminate user access at any time.
Users may also cancel their accounts at any time.
14. Assignment of Rights
These Terms apply to Menthorama, USERS, INSTRUCTORS, and STUDENTS.
Rights may not be transferred without prior consent.
15. Modifications
Menthorama may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on the platform with an effective date.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and India.
Disputes will be resolved in courts of Mexico City and Bangalore.
17. WhatsApp Communication Policy
By registering or using Menthorama, you agree to receive WhatsApp communications, including:
Course and program updates
AI-generated personalized recommendations
Reminders, promotions, and surveys
You may opt out at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
